Jackie founded Travelux in 1983. In a career spanning three decades, Jackie has maintained a clear, steadfast focus and close professional relationships with his clients. His philosophy of making the right decisions for customers paralleling effective choices for the business have helped ensure the company’s continued success as a recognized and well-established travel management company.

Wing is the key manager with strong expertise in overseas airfares and ticketing related matters. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Wing provides an exceptional level of service to our customers. He also manages a number of our travel consultants in addition to his own airfares and ticketing services.

Clara looks after our corporate travel teams and provides the team with a wealth of corporate travel insight. She also takes care of our prized VIP customers.

Zoe takes care of several Travelux key customers, supporting the day-to-day corporate travel operations with her superior travel management knowledge. In addition to managing customer travel requests and programs, Zoe also supports many company optimization initiatives like operations streamlining and quality control improvement.

Alan has been fully experienced in the travel industry for almost 20 years. Before joined Travelux in Nov 2019, he was a Corporate Sales Manager aim to set up and lead the corporate sales department during his 7-year service with TLX Travel Limited and CTM. Alan’s career started from operation role, he spent 3 years at Hogg Robinson Group (Bloomberg Implant) and other 3 years at American Express Global Business Travel (Morgan Stanley VIP Desk) and gained valuable experience for his career path. Alan is confident and excited about his continuing work with Travelux for new business opportunities.

Athene brings her 20 years of experience in account management on local and global corporate accounts, with extensive knowledge of market intelligence and client relationship building skills, to provide Business solutions to help clients to increase the effectiveness in their travel program.
